Participants will perform five maxillary sinus floor elevations using different techniques. This includes:

• Creation of the Window by Drilling: Learn to use a micromotor or handpiece for precise drilling.
• Piezon Technique: Master the use of ultrasonic technology for minimally invasive sinus elevation.
• Round Drills: Understand the nuances of creating windows with round drills, either by leaving the vestibular bone intact or shaving it down.
• Intracrestal Elevation with Summers’ Osteotomes: Get hands-on experience with Summers’ osteotomes for intracrestal sinus elevation.

Khoury Technique

Participants have the option to perform three maxillary sinus lifts and one case using the Khoury technique. This involves:

• Autologous Grafting: Learn to harvest grafts from the chin or mandibular branch.
• Placement of Donor Tissue: Master the placement of donor tissue in the receptor site using osteosynthesis screws and mini plates.
• Block Bone Grafts and Trephines: Explore the use of block bone grafts or trephines and execute three sinus elevations.
• Handling Resorbable Membranes and Biomaterials: Develop skills in managing different types of membranes and biomaterials for successful grafting.

“All on X”

Participants have the option to perform three maxillary sinus lifts and one case using the Khoury technique. This involves:

• Implant Placement: Learn to place 4 to 6 implants strategically in the maxilla or mandible, ensuring optimal support and stability for the prosthesis.
• Angulation and Positioning: Master the angulation and positioning of implants to avoid anatomical structures and maximize bone utilization.

Our course emphasizes practical, hands-on training. You will apply what you have learned in real-life scenarios with patients, under the close supervision of our experienced instructors. This includes:

• Active Participation: Engage as the lead surgeon, surgical assistant, or scrub nurse.
• Real Patient Cases: Perform advanced implantology procedures on Live patients, consolidating your skills and building confidence.
